This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit shophexbeauty.com or buy from us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. Data retention

We keep order records for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe. Customer support tickets are kept for 3 years.

Children

HEX is not intended for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, email privacy@shophexbeauty.com and we'll delete it.

Security
